Good day,


Following your e-mail, we tell you that all the tender doccumentation is on the institution site.You can take the technical project,where you will find the technical, drawing part and bill quantities, every day, between 8-16.00 from 67 room, Drobeta Turnu Severin City Hall, with a witting adress of demande.
Please anounce the day when you come to take it , to have enough time to copy an exemplary of this one for everybody.
We mention that all the doccumentation for this auction and for the project is in english, because the specifice of procedure and the translation of the tender doccumentation is a supplimentary cost for the tenderer.
The project is financed by a cross border programe and it must assure the tranparency and the equality for all participants. The oficial language for all doccumentation is english.

Stimati domni,
Referitor la documentatia postata de dumnevoastra pentru proiectul "Reabilitarea Bazinului de Apa" va solicitam urmatoarele:
- punerea la dispozitia operatorilor economici a intregii documentatii, tinand cont de faptul ca pe site-ul dumneavoastra se regaseste doar o parte din documentatie, lipsind, parte tehnica, liste de cantitati, studii geo, SF-uri etc.
-de asemenea,desi este vorba despre un alt tip de fonduri alocate, pentru acest proiect, tinand cont de faptul ca licitatia se va desfasura pe teritoriul Romaniei, respectandu-se si aplicandu-se legile in vigoare ale statului roman, solicitam punerea la dispozitie a docuemntatiei in limba materna,adica limba romana.
Va multumim si asteptam raspunsul dumneavoastra in cel mi scurt timp.

Va aducem la cunostinta faptul ca atat in Procurement notice , cat si in Instruction to tender, la capitolul :\"Profesional and technical criteria\", conditiile de participare pentru ofertantii straini sunt aceleasi cu cele impuse ofertantilor romani.

Clarificari

Va reamintim ca documentatia de licitatie se regaseste sub numele"Local open Tender Documentation" pe site-ul www.primariadrobeta.ro si nu exista alta posibilitate de achizitie a dosarului.Orice clarificari aduse documentatiei se posteaza pe site-ul respectiv.

Good afternoon,

I written you concerning the local open tender for works for the project:\"Modernization and preservation of Water Castle\".
I read all the doccuments, but i need the technical project for making the bill cantities and the other doccuments.
So, please, give us a copy of the technical project needs in preparating the tender file.
We wait an aswer as sun as possible, having in consideration that the dead line for clarifications is 1.06.2011, and also, the site visit is 27.05.2011.
